Design and delivery of a residential and mixed-use masterplan incorporating locally tailored retail, community services such as education and childcare facilities, and recreational facilities including tennis courts and walking trails.

 

Restructured project engineering, procurement and construction programs to deliver project land subdivision stock, commercial and retail precincts and community assets.
