A NEW APPROACH TO COMMUNITY RETAIL
SUMMARY
Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) is a mixed use master planned development comprising residential, commercial and retail premises, wholly owned by the government of Dubai and spanning an area of approximately 7.2 SqKm.

The primary catchment area for the centre comprises 24,000 DSO residents and the tertiary catchment of Dubai International Academic City, South of DSO, with a working population of 24,000 and a resident population of 4,000.
